Field Sales Advisor - 2 Position

Full Time, Permanant.
Shift and schedule :- 8 hour shift, No Weekends

Are you a motivated to meet and exceed targets? Are you passionate about sales? Do you have experience performing enhanced qualification for larger or more complex sales enquiries? we pride ourselves on offering our customers what they want. We are a growing company. we are now seeking an experienced Field Sales Advisor to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Advisor in Logistic industry. Consulting with customers and qualifying opportunities. Working with Category, suppliers,and Logistics to specify the most appropriate solutions and schedule deliveries.

Main responsibilities:
Arrange site visit for field sales colleagues, where necessary
Register, quote, revise and follow-up customer enquiries
Liaise with Care & Support* colleagues to deliver rapid and excellent customer service
Deliver excellent customer experience from the start of each sales opportunity.
Coordinate and schedule customers’ orders with the end-user; suppliers
To identify and convert opportunity to up sell and to cross sell across the product portfolio

"What we’re looking for from you: "
Customer-focused and collaborative in your approach
Sales negotiation skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in B2B direct selling
Project management skills and ability to work with colleagues in Customer Care, Category and Logistics to coordinate delivery of your customers’ orders.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills, for example in: Maintenance of customer contacts, following-up
opportunities and meeting quote deadlines
Able to work under own initiative or part of a team and to tight deadlines
Thorough attention to detail
Flexibility and openness to change
Ability to use your own initiative

Telesales Advisor

Full Time, Permanant.
Shift and schedule :- 9.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid break of 30 minutes
Salary £10.45 per hour to start and reviewed frequently.
Successful Telesales Executive will work on a six-month probationary basis before a review.
Pension Scheme: Auto enrolment

Job Description :
Looking to recruit a telesales operative with good communications skills on a full-time basis.
Experience is preferable but not essential.

Telesales Executive responsibilities :
You will be making outbound calls to companies via a database to speak to office/ facilities managers in order to offer a quotation for their logistic solutions.
You will follow up by emailing companies interested in our services to booking appointments with our representative to visit. Full training provided.
